The public service is any activity that is carried out by public service
providers in an effort to fulfill the needs of the public and the
implementation of the provisions of the legislation. In this case, is
the organizer of the public service is a government agency. In the 56th

The community has the right to get the best service from the Government
because the public has provided funds in the form of the payment of
taxes, levies, and various other charges.

demands and expectations of the community. This can be known among
others from the large number of complaints, complaints that are

transparent, less informative, less responsive and less consistent.

to strive to improve the quality of public services. One of the efforts
to improve the quality of public services, as mandated in the Law number
